Thanks for sharing it. As spinach has iron, it does help in sharpening memory. I like palak paneer a lot, palak sarso saag, daal palak and also mix veg soup containing palak in winters. One question- If people having stone shall eat iron rich products? Please make a video on vegetarian sources of vitamin B12.

People with kidney stones should use cooked green vegetables in moderation to lower their oxalate levels plus good hydration with increased water intake and vitamin C through lemon and other natural sources. Will definitely update a video for Vitamin B 12 as well.

@@AnjiraRai Spinach ki bahut varities hain, sab me thoda bahut farak hota hai. Pakka kar khayenge aur lachha khate hua Pani ache se piyenge to oxalates se koi samasya nahin hogi. Dhanyawad 🎉🎉

farak jarur padega lekin aapka number jyada hai aur uska kya karan hai uske liye ek detailed aankho ki jaanch bhi karan jaruri hai taki sahi treatment start ho paye. health badhiya rakhenge to fayda to hoga hi dheere dheere. Dhaniyavad.
