What to do in the case of sacrum and or coccyx pain?
In this video, I propose a progression of 5 exercises that I use in physical therapy to relieve these pains and improve the flexibility/mobility of the pelvis.
These exercises can also be used if you suffer from lower back pain (lumbago), sciatica, pudendal neuralgia (irritation of the pudendal nerve) and contracture of the perineal muscles (example: levator ani muscle)...
You will have the explanations in the introduction ;)
