First of all, I need to say that I have been exercising regularly and doing Pamela Reif's workout since last year. However, I did not take too much care on my diet (no binging but also no starving lol). Then one day, I started to care how much I have eaten because I want those rocking solid abs.
Therefore, I calculated my basal metabolic rate (BMR) and total daily energy expenditure (TDEE). After some rough calculation, I decided to control my diet at 1400kcal in the hope of seeing my desire result. I don't know is it just me but does anybody else felt that is harder to control what you eat when you live with your parents? Basically, I just eat whatever my mother cook but I will be mindful of the portion. And I not going for an extreme calorie deficit because I still love to eat :)
