This is great, I had an anxiety attack on a train a few months ago after the train stopped randomly on the tracks for almost an hour. All the carriages were rammed full and it felt like I was going mentally insane. I haven't gone back on a train since but I will listen to this in the future Ty x

That’s my worst nightmare. I’ve been in that situation a few times and find it so hard. Easier now I have some techniques- I hope this helps!

Hi; this happened to me on Tuesday I had 2 panic attacks on the train then yesterday I had one and got off at London bridge then got the bus thinking it would be better but I still struggled so had to get a cab home. Am going to start cycling to work because I feel like atleast am in control; I know you wrote this a year ago but how are you doing now...do you still not take the train or have you done anything for it to improve for yourself to start taking trains again?

So 3 years ago (roughly) I got ill and got on the train, then had a panic attack in the toilet (thinking I was going to be sick). Then I stopped going on the train. A few months after I had a ear infection and stopped going on the bus. Now the ear infection has cleared up and Corona virus is low, maybe I'll try the bus again?
