Incredible. I have been designing an axial flux motor/alternator and I was looking for good working examples and yours is the best I've seen. Congratulations... Subscribed!!!

It's sad and unpleasant to realize how people tend to watch more to nonsense and misinforming KZitem tutorials(such as those with perpetual motion bs or free energy crap) than these well made videos with vivid information. This kind of videos are difficult to find on KZitem, I kept searching for informative vids after getting fed up with recommendations of hoax videos. I already subbed to this channel so I know where take good information about this electronic device. If the content creator is reading this, I hope you'll keep releasing more videos in the future and hope this channel will grow. Mabuhay!

Thanks! I was going to waste my time watching another stupid perpetual motion garbage. I thought it was efficiency or something like that.

I actually came up with an idea using an axial flux design in a motorized bicycle bottom end to put an a electric XL flux engine in the clutch and use it as a clutch electric motor possibly also breaking and as a stater generator to either or power a bike or to assist A gas bike motor creating a hybrid meaning more power and efficiency from a smaller than 50 mL engine greatly improved gas mileage and possibly ability to run real lights and signals maybe charge a battery

Dear Christian Michel, Thanks for your comments. It helped not to glue wires near the centre until all phases were complete. Steel backing disks have higher permeability and saturation than any composite. Complete with magnets, they see no magnetic variation thus have zero cogging or eddy loss. Note there is a new eddy loss in the stator windings. The coreless machine is adaptable to electronic control for dynamic response, e.g. to wind and rotating speeds if it should be used with a turbine. Regards YE

I don't understand the stator power loss equation. As per the equation at 1000 RPM the power loss is around 40W. I believe that loss will be dissipated as heat. According to this result the stator will heat up more in 1000 RPM than in 7000 RPM. Is that right?

Dear John Rupert. Yes and for only 200 Watt throughput. The equation indicates 1 kW at 1000 RPM would all be dissipated in R. Although only valid for load resistance rather greater than R, there would be a good deal of smoke anyway! Thanks for your valued comment. YE

why use carbon for rim

Fibre is strong and does not affect magnetic field. Glass or any non ferrous could do.
