Greetings, and thank you for visiting my KZitem channel. This video is part three of four videos showing how to install a motor in a 2003 Honda Shadow 1100 motorcycle. At the beginning of the first video, I mention that the video is part one of two, but you can ignore that comment. Due to software issues, I had to split the series into four parts. Finally, this video was posted on January 18, 2024, and not later than January 30, 2024, the rest of the series will be on KZitem. Also, timestamps are included below to help you with your motorcycle repair.
1. From 00:00 to 04:13, the wires that go from the engine and plug in under the seat are routed into place and plugged in, such as the ignition pulse generator, neutral switch, and side stand switch.
2. From 04:14 to 05:01, the coolant hose to the rear cylinder is connected, and the clamp is installed.
3. From 05:02 to 05:52, the bolts are installed in the cover between the frame and the engine. 4. From 05:53 to 06:36, the water pump stud is installed.
5. From 06:37 to 08:04, the clutch cable is connected.
6. From 08:05 to 9:00, the exhaust heat shield is installed.
7. From 09:01 to 12:23, all of the exhaust components are installed.
8. From 12:24 to 14:22, the carburetors are installed without any cables or hoses. The cables and hose will be installed in Part Four.
