Thank you Kurt ! All squats pretty much feel terrible on my knees . That’s why I always get shut down on them every time I start making progress.

Thank you 🙏. I really prefer the pause squat over the rebound mostly because it forces a lighter weight and it just feels better on my knee . Also Carry’s over better to deadlifts or at least 4 me they do .
