Came here to say that I followed these workouts plus the ones on their Instagram. I've lost weight but more importantly I have gained muscles😱. Keep flexing my arms to see my muscles. Keeps me motivated to keep going! Also 95% of my double chin/jowls have disappeared.😃 I listened to what they say on their channel. Listen to your body, start with 1 or 2 times per week and then slowly build up. Can't wait till I shed all this weight I have gained working from home.

i’ve been lifting weights since i was 17, now i’m 23 but i feel stuck, im in med school and i’m doing my internship year, since it started i have gained so much weight, almost 10 lbs, i feel bloated all the time, and i know is because my stress level are too high so i’m trying to do low impact workouts now!! i’m feeling hopeful

Wow! Today is my first time doing this at home wearing my sweatshirts coz it’s winter here lol and I’m literally sweating even just doing the first two work outs 💪🏼 I can’t make it until lunges portion, my legs are shaking lol it’s my first time doing exercise again so I will not force myself but I will definitely finish the entire work out next time!!! Love this ♡

Yoga is best for pcos due to breathing technique involve in it. It reduces inflammation (due to special breathing techniques) drastically and due to this it is extremely beneficial for pcos. More simple and sustainable than any other form of exercise.

Yoga won't help to lose much weight. Slow weighted strength training is the best. I've tried yoga for 1.5 years.

Yes, yoga helps .... but relying only on yoga is not a sustainable plan. Use the breathing technique acquired in yoga to lift weights and practice high impact routines. This would help in acquiring the required muscle build-up in later life

I know that working out the lower half is more beneficial because of the large muscles in your legs… but say you go to the gym 4 to 5 times a week and you want abit of a switch up to upper body do you have a workout that focuses there as well ?

I'm going to try these work outs. I have been hitting the gym doing a lot of weights yes but other workouts like jump rope and some CrossFit and I'm not losing weight I gained a 1lb instead 😢. Its frustrating and I honestly want to quit. If I try this work out a month plus and still no results then back to the drawing board 😞

Avoid tracking only your weigth, instead measure your waist, hips, etc. You probably gained muscle weigth. See how your clothes fit you, don't quit, don't give up on you.

Interesting, feeling how the bloating and pain receded within approximately two months made all the difference, I simply go’ogled the latest by Tilly Strankten and her Ovarian Cyst Guide and although it really took about 10 weeks for it to totally shrink and vanish I’ve never felt so light and relaxed.

So, I did the workout and made sure I did it slowly, but my heart rate is still as high as my normal workouts. Shouldn’t it be different for PCOS workouts as an increased heart rate will increase cortisol, nullifying any real weight loss for PCOS?

I have a few questions. I have been doing this exercise from 2 weeks and since then I get shoulder pain throughout, i take shower with normal not AP cold not too warm water so I guess that's not the issue too, am I doing something wrong? Secondly, my arms feels more tired than before even after workout. Why is that so? Please help.
