Sounds A LOT like Darkestrah. Which is a Turkic themed pagan black metal band from Kyrgyzstan. If you like the riffs on this video, you should definetly check them out.

Black metal is a rather diverse subgenre of metal. Aside of the Norwegian classics such as Burzum, Mayhem, Emperor and Darkthrone, I'd suggest you at least one band from every black metal subgenre. That would be: -Dissection (melodic BM) -Summoning (atmospheric) -Xasthur (suicidal depressive) -Blasphemy (war) -Deathspell Omega (dissonant; it may be really hard to digest if you aren't used to dissonance, so I recommend to start either with the album Paracletus or a band that is less chaotic, such as Psicosfera or Misþyrming's first album) -Dimmu Borgir (symphonic) -Alcest's newer stuff (post-BM) -Mgła (not really in a subgenre of their own, although sometimes classified as melodic. They are, however, a must-know when it comes to modern black metal and they're very influential in nowaday's scene) Of course, single bands aren't enough to fully represent each subgenre, but they should give you somewhat of an understanding of each of them. If you like what you're hearing, just explore the specific subgenre. Also, if you found this helpful, please consider checking out my band, we play melodic black metal and we're called Voidfire. I hope this was helpful. Cheers
