Dough
400g all purpose flour ( i use Anchor / Cap sauh)
2 tbsp rounded corn flour
50g sifted icing sugar
250 pure butter ( for premium quality) ( I use Anchor salted)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp cold water
Refrigerate the tart dough for 30 mins
Pineapple Jam
2 medium size pineapple
2 inch cinnamon
3 cloves
3/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
