The Scima pizza is an ancient recipe from my region, Abruzzo.
"Scima" means nothing more than "silly", that is simple, with few ingredients, like all the peasant recipes of the past and that today we rediscover with great pleasure.
INGREDIANTS:
500 gr. flour
250 ml. Trebbiano d'Abruzzo wine
100 gr. extra virgin olive oil
13 gr. salt
