"Creative Core Flow Yoga: Sculpt and Tone Your Abs and Challenge Your Balance" is a dynamic and engaging sequence designed to strengthen the core, improve balance, and increase overall stability.
This creative vinyasa yoga flow class is centered around Navasana, also known as boat pose, and incorporates a series of complementary poses to challenge and develop your core muscles. So if toning your abs is one of your goals, this is a fun way to work towards it.
You will also get a great workout for your hips and legs while working with your balance and lots of up and down transitions. Not to mention some fun coordination challenges added to the flow to challenge your presence.
We will finish the class with a nice set of side body opening and twisting poses.
