[Steamed ghee butter lobster]
1) Stab the lobster in the mouth with a knife to drain the blood
2) Use a brush to clean the lobster
3) Heat up the butter
4) Place the lobster in the steamer and pour hot butter back and forth
5) Remove butter from the bottom of the steamer and pour in water and cooking wine (or rice wine)
6) Steam the lobster over high heat for 25 minutes
7) Let the lobster cool for a while and add various clams to the lobster stock that fell under the steamer
8) Add sliced garlic, cheongyang pepper, Vietnamese pepper, and pepper to add flavor
9) Transfer the clams and broth to a wider griddle, then trim the lobster and place it on top
10) If you eat half of the clams and lobsters, add pasta noodles
(*It tastes better if you mix the lobster guts with pasta)
