Only thing good about this video is that you are extremely beautiful otherwise you know nothing about meditation.👍

Dear Archie, I have been starting to do this Pranayama daily (after practising asanas) for about 3 weeks now. I am already noticing that in my life off the yoga mat, I am beginning to be concsious about my breathing. It really helps in difficult situations to become aware of the breath and slow it down. Thank you so much for this! 🌺

It might be because I have a deviated septum, but it's hard for me to breathe through my left nostril. Do you have any tips for this or have other breathing techniques that wouldn't rely heavily on that nostril bc I feel like I'm suffocating lol

One thing which I really appreciate is that you have the quest to heal the suffering. Let me give you the hint. Do you know why we human beings suffer? It's not because of Desire or Attachment or anything else. The main problem is that We are away from the source of the universe. The source which is responsible for every action in this existence. That Source is life Force, We can say That source is Cosmic Energy. Do you see now Why do we suffer, we are away from the source which is cosmic energy, and because there's continuous blockage in our body which prevents us to receive cosmic energy, hence we suffer. Now do you understand why do we suffer and what is the main purpose of doing meditation? Only purpose of doing meditation is to receive Cosmic Energy which is the Life Source. But that can only be done through right meditation. Please focus on the word "Right." It means all the techniques in market are false and bullshit because no body knows how to receive cosmic energy. I can give you the hint It's a million dollar hint, Only way to do right meditation is to Hold your breath inside your lungs for few seconds then immediately you will be under the shower of Cosmic Energy. Stop doing meditation on the floor, it's also one of the main reason why we always failed to do right meditation, do it on your comfortable sofa, with your back straight and having cushion behind your back. Take Care 👍

Thank you for sharing these videos, I am really enjoying your calm and to the point teaching. I have noticed in Anulom pranayama that my left nostril is most of the time almost completely clogged, would you recommend some other pranayama to help balance that, or is anulom good for this? Thank you

Kapalbhati is a stimulating pranayama. It can hamper a deep sleep which goes against the topic of this video!
