Preparing a good, juicy duck is not that easy. Especially shortly before the festival, you want to make it as easy and successful as possible. Nevertheless, of course, all guests should be completely enthusiastic. This duck can be prepared 2 days in advance and is therefore ideal for a stress-free party.
