This is a very healthy and delicious dry chutney recipe made using pumpkin seeds and coconut. Add some ghee to this chutney and can be eaten with roti, rice, or khakhra. This can be stored in an air-tight container for 3-4 weeks.
Ingredients
Pumpkin seeds - 1/2 cup
Dry desiccated coconut - 1/2 cup
Dried Red chilies - 5
Curry leaves - 25
Garlic - 5-6 cloves
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Red chili powder - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Hing - 1/4 tsp
