The reverse cruches definately are much harder and more affective than the regular cruches. I have been targeting my ab work at home daily since the pandemic and came across your great video; thank you and stay safe!

Yeah I couldn't agree more, especially when you slow them down and focus on time under tension 🔥 well done Melissa, I'm glad to hear you're keeping on top of your fitness during the pandemic, you're not letting anything stop you! Thanks for the feedback!

I love this! quick question on this routine is: 1. how many sets are you doing in total once you go through one whole set of these without a break? 2. Frequency? everyday? 5 days a week? Thanks for the great content! Helping a dad out who can't make it to the gym with three kiddos 🤘

This is a 15 minute workout. So something you could add at the end of a workout or keep it as a primary workout. To see a difference in your core strength and endurance I would recommend doing this every other day. Here are the Workout details: 30 seconds per exercise without any rest. 30 seconds rest between rounds. (x4 rounds). 1.) Single leg raises 2.) Reverse easy crunches 3.) Twisted mountain climbers 4.) Russian twists 5.) Double leg raises 6.) Knee raised sit-ups Great questions btw, and I hope this helps the dad with 3 kiddos!

The people i'm trying to target are people afraid of the gym and want home workouts. However if your comment gets more than 15 likes. I will make a video that you requested to help more people out :)

Is this ok for scoliotic?

I would avoid the knee raised sit-ups in this video as sit-ups should be avoided by people with scoliosis because they involve unnaturally arching and straining the back. I hope this helps :)
