I am so happy that my son loves the new kabab I made for him. They are not only delicious but also nutritious because they use very little oil. They are perfect for his lunchbox/tiffin and he enjoys them. They can also be a great starter dish for your guests if you have a party or a gathering.

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Cup Chickpeas (छोले) (Before Soaking)
- 1 Small Lemon (निम्बू)
- 1/8 Tsp Baking Soda (मीठा सोडा)
- 1 Medium Onion (प्याज़)
- 1/4 Tsp Carom Seeds (अजवाइन)
- 1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste (अद्रक लहसुन पेस्ट)
- A pinch of Turmeric (हल्दी)
- 1 Tsp Coriander Powder (धनिया पाउडर)
- 1/2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
- 1/2 Tsp Chhole Masala (छोले मसाला)
- 1/4 Tsp Chaat Masala (चाट मसाला)
- 2 Tsp Cashew Powder (काजू पाउडर)
- 2 Tbsp Coriander (धनिया)
- 2-3 Tsp Oil (तेल)
- Butter (मक्ख़न)
- Salt (नमक)
