For Vout/Vin I have got the following: Vout/Vin = N / D N = (Cgs/gm)*s + 1 D = (Csb Cgd + Csb Cgs + Cgd Cgs) * (Rg/gm) * s^2 + ((Csb/gm) - (Cgs/gm) + Cgd Rg) * s + 1

I also got the same but in the expression for D, the "-" sign in "(Csb/gm) - (Cgs/gm)" should actually be a "+" sign

@45:12 why is the current through RG same as the current through the capacitor Cgs?
@gopimarvathi3733

Apply kcl at that node then current through rg+current through Cgs=0 now I(rg) = -I(Cgs)

As current cant flow through gate, so it has nowhere else to go.

in the numerator instead of gm it should be Cgs

I am also worried about this, how does gm come in the numerator?
