This session focuses on somatic exercise to gently reach into the day (at any time of the day!). A lovely start to the day, wind down before bed, or 'any time' break. Expect slow somatic movements that take on a yawn-like quality ... like a cat waking from a nap. Ahhhhh.
Somatic movements invite a deeper brain-body connection which may result in reduced tension and greater ease.
