Leaving Missouri, we finish the last week of chasing 70 degrees to return to our home state of Colorado. As we drive, I share my personal insights on starting a travel vlog. As usual, we show you the best of the scenic drive and the stops along the way. We'll also continue the tradition of learning a little about each state we visit.
Our first stop, Wichita, Kansas includes a visit to Keeper Park where we marvel at the 44 foot sculpture, Keeper of the Plains. We also bring you with us as we have fun at the Exploration Place.
While in Colorado, we take a break at the Paint Mines Interpretative Park to view hoodoos and spires once used by Native American to make paint.
Unfortunately, our trip isn't without problems. We lost our trailer brakes and had to make it over the mountains without them. Colorado isn't a good place to lose your brakes!
After driving the i70 Corridor and showing you the sights along the way, we make it home and reveal why we were so eager to be there.
