Cake flour···150g
Matcha powder···7g
Baking powder···4g
Brown sugar···35g
Salt···1g
Milk···80g
Yogurt···20g
Orange liqueur···10g
Candied orange peel···20g

190°C/374°F - 20 minutes
[Instructions]
1. Sift the cake flour, bread flour, baking powder, matcha powder, brown sugar, and salt into a bowl.
2. Add cold or frozen cubed butter and cut into the dry ingredients until it resembles coarse crumbs.
3. Add the milk, yogurt, and orange liqueur and roughly mix. Then add the candied orange peel and knead into a dough. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
4. Divide the dough in half, lightly flatten each half, and divide again to make 4 pieces. Roll each into a 16mm thick rectangle and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
5. Remove dough and cut each rectangle into 2 pieces to make 8 total. Place on a baking sheet, brush with egg wash, and bake.
6. Allow to cool completely after baking.
