Recipe:
Lemon and Ricotta #cheesecake
For base :
150 gm digestive biscuits
60 gm melted butter
Cheesecake mixture :
500 gm ricotta cheese
180 gm Philadelphia cheese
4 large eggs
220 gm sugar
2 lemon zest
1 lemon juice
155 degree Celsius, 1 hour
Note : if cake still not golden colour bake it extra 5-10 mins
