Recipe-
Chocolate fondant with raspberry sorbet
Makes 6-8 Fondants
200 gm dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
200 gm unsalted butter
4 eggs
200 gm Custer sugar
170 gm plain flour
1 orange - zest
50 gm soft butter ( to brush the moulds )
Coco powder to dust
I use mould size 8 cm . This recepie is enough to make 6-8 fondant .
You can refrigerate chocolate fondant mix ready to bake in the mould for three days and bake it when ever you want . Taste is good when u bake it and eat it straight away. I this case bake it for extra one minute .
