Talking a little bit about some of the basics of rope flow, a style of training I have been incorporating in my practice the last year.
I was originally exposed to this from David Weck and Chris Chamberlain when I took a seminar with the Weck Method
Overall, I love the rope. It's a simple, low-tech tool that allows for some complex movements. The movements are low impact and gentle on the body, but can mimic patterns found in many athletic disciplines. Plus, it's super fun to swing around.
