I don't get it. I don't think my alignment is abnormal, but with a STRAIGHT (perpendicular to the ground) back, I could not have my knees that much in front of my toes (as suggested here) if I TRY! If I really try/push for this knees way in front of toes thing, that's just silly/unnatural for the posture I'd have when lifting. But anyway, otherwise good video, thanks doctor

The key is really to move your body as a whole. Try to avoid twisting at your waist, or combinations of bending and twisting at the same time. That is what usually causes an injury. Good luck.

Quick question, say you're making a stack of boxes about head height, when the stack gets too high, the point where my wrist needs to bend in order to keep a grip on either side of the box I feel a click and then alot of strain in my wrists. Am I holding it wrong? Thanks!
@AskDoctorJo

You're welcome! Yes, when you have weight in your hands when lifting, you should really try to keep your wrists in a neutral position. Is there any way you can get your hands under the box, so you are pushing up instead of lifting up?
