SCA heavy combat workouts aren’t really a thing so I’m gonna make it a thing, in this workout video we’re doing a 10-12 min AMRAP Circuit (as many rounds as possible) it’s going to be based around your shoulders and injury prevention through building shoulder strength and core stability! My suggestions is set a timer for 12 mins and get to work with the following!
10-12 KB high pulls
10-12 KB shoulder press
30 second bent knee hollow holds
10-12 push ups
