I LOVE a seated workout! Sometimes it's just nice to work the upper body right? I started these workouts when I sprained my ankle and had limited lower body mobility; I continued making them because I got such amazing feedback from you awesome people!! Nothing inspires me more than hearing stories of people overcoming adversity and continuing to train when in recovery from an accident or injury. Keep up the determined and inspiring work!! Hello Samuel i have a question. I don't feel confident doing kettlebell swings and kettlebell strict press (both, left and right), im using 8kg/17.6lbs kettlebell. I think im weak, i recovered from anorexia and depression recently. Could you give me some tips? Should i skip them for now? Thanks!

I would focus for now on the more simple and fundamental kettlebell exercises like deadlift, goblet squat, farmers carry, suitcase deadlift, overhead press (with both hands). When you start to build more strength you can experiment with “push press”. This is where you do a single arm overhead press, but you use your legs too by doing a mini-squat and then driving the kettlebell overhead with the momentum of your legs too. It will be easier and require less shoulder strength and more total body. If you stay consistent then over time you will build enough strength to work up to strict press. The squats and deadlifts will build your strength to work up to swings. I know it’s a tough journey ahead, but you’ve already completed the hardest part which is just starting on the path.
