๐ข Self-traction is a method of resolving the lumbar disc by creating a waist circumference with towing. As shown in the video, you can tow it by yourself using your hands or elbows and then move your pelvis to tow it.
โ ๏ธ This exercise is effective only when you have a back disc.
Please be careful because it can be a problem when applied to diseases other than discs such as spondylosis and stenosis!
If the pain goes down to your leg (more towards your feet) or becomes more severe during exercise, stop working out right away!
Don't be too strong! Just stretch it out a little, please.
