Ingredients:
- 2 cups potatoes (peeled and diced)

- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
some coriander leaves

- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1or2 teaspoon red chilli powder (adjust to taste)
make masala with the above ingredients
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- Fresh cilantro (coriander leaves) for garnish
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, and let them splutter.
2. Add chopped onions, sauté until golden brown.
3. Add garlic, ginger paste and chill powder and masala Cook for a minute.
4. Add tomato puree, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder,
5. Add diced potatoes and peas. Mix well to coat the vegetables with the masala.
6. Add water as needed, cover, and simmer until the potatoes are tender.and salt. Cook until the oil separates.
