Do you have trouble reaching behind your back? This may be one exercise that can help you get there.
_
Reaching behind our backs requires you to have adequate shoulder internal rotation, but also requires shoulder extension.
_
Elbow hinges are a great way to start building control of your end range of motion.
_
The goal is to not to let your elbow drop while extending and flexing the elbow.
_
Once you have built your shoulder extension and internal rotation range of motion, you should notice an easier time reaching behind your back.
