I have to make them "public" gradually or I will overwhelm the subscribers and they will unsubscribe. You're getting an early viewing ; )

This loosens up not just the shoulder but the whole upper back. Highly recommend in conjunction with the neck series or on its own. Fantastic. Thank you both.

superb video. it touched upon some ancient injuries in ways other exercises have not. my request is that videos go through both sides of the body.

Really struggling with a frozen shoulder. I cannot put my arm behind my back at all and am limited in how far I can lift my arm up in front or to the side. Can't get my left hand onto my head. Is it possible to modify any of these exercises when the movement is so limited please? Thank you for all the videos you have posted on shoulder pain, very informative.

I'm 10 weeks from a non displaced proximal humerus fracture and working through your videos for that. I'd find it helpful to have some stretches for those of us still working to restore internal and external rotation. Some of these stretches I can't do right now. Thanks for all you do, it's been such a positive force in my life right now.

wonderful! You may benefit from these, also. I love your videos. I'm doing the TMJ, apnea and neck pain series. They're the best! Thank you so much. Can I ask two questions. 1. Have you thought of doing a rib flair series. I have that. 2. I've tried sleeping on my back with different pillows, but it's uncomfortable. It feels like trying to fall asleep during a difficult stretch. Other than persevering, is there anything else I should be trying. I'm committed to learning how to do it.

Hi Frank I'll put "rib flair" on my list. Working on a costochondritis video. I like this pillow www.amazon.com/dp/B07T8BSPS5?ref=nb_sb_ss_w_as-reorder-t1_ypp_rep_k0_1_8&=&crid=2ZYI8KL2IVJUM&=&sprefix=dogbone+

@@dradamfields The prep work for the ozone enemas are somewhat time consuming compared to my routine.
