Welcome to Day 9 of our Quick Fit series! Today, we're focusing on sculpting and strengthening your shoulders with a quick and effective workout routine. All you need is a pair of light dumbbells, around 1-3 kgs, or if you don't have dumbbells, water bottles of the same weight will work just fine.
Our workout pattern follows the same format as previous days: 5 exercises in 5 minutes, with each exercise lasting for 45 seconds followed by a quick 15-second rest. This high-intensity interval training (HIIT) format will challenge your shoulder muscles, improve your posture, and help you achieve maximum results in minimal time.
Get ready to feel the burn as we engage in exercises like shoulder presses, lateral raises, front raises, upright rows, and more, all aimed at sculpting and defining your shoulder muscles. With the added resistance of the light dumbbells or water bottles, you'll feel the burn with every rep, pushing your limits and unlocking your full potential.
