Bacon Wrapped Salmon Bites
Makes 16 pieces
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 1 hour, 30 minutes
Total Time: 1 hour, 45 minutes
Ingredients
0.44g fresh salmon fillet
375g bacon
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup Sesame oil
1/4 cup Sriracha
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp minced ginger
1 tbsp black and white sesame seeds
Directions
Remove skin from salmon. Cut salmon fillet into 16 pieces. Season with salt, pepper, garlic on both sides. Cut entire pack of bacon in half. Wrap each piece of salmon with half a piece of bacon. Place on the metal Ninja tray that’s been lined with parchment paper. Add all remaining ingredients to bowl and mix, set aside. Add pellets to the Ninja Woodfire Outdoor Oven and set the oven to bake, hit the Woodfire function, and raise the temperature to 425° F, and add 30 minutes to the clock. Add the salmon bites once the oven has preheated, and after five minutes, start brushing on the glaze every five minutes until it’s gone. After 30 minutes, remove from the oven and sprinkle on sesame seeds for garnish and crunch.
