Awesome video as usual, one question though with the wood chunks on the grill vs the charcoal and how this makes a better smoke? I usually add my chunks on the heat source and get better smoke (I think).

What am I doing wrong? I got ready-made quarter pounders instead of making my own. I have the bbq at 135 degrees celcius and after an hour the burgers are still only 64 degrees. The temperature of the burgers doesn't seem to get any higher either. It is not because of the thermometers

#SchueysBBQ I don't know why but I cannot get the temps you mention, even using the same product and techniques 🥺🤔. I've recently bought a Performer Premium and trying this recipe today my bbq won't go any lower than 154celsius and that's me trying to lower it by closing the top vents to a point where they're almost completely closed 🤬. Please help
