This video shows steamed eggs in a pan, a light breakfast that I have found helps with many of my issues. I cook a lot, and my mom and I hardly ever eat out. It makes a difference and can be seen in my 92-year-old mom's health and skin. Fresh is best!
My own struggles begin when off to college I went
(none of moms or grandmas cooking from our garden or fresh food) I now know this did start any flare-ups to occur in my body and now for 40 + years I still experienced skin, stomach, and even allergy symptoms, skin itching, extreme sleepiness in daytime etc.etc.
I used to think it was a hay fever allergy, but then I noticed it usually had alot to do with the condition my stomach was going through or what I ate in the previous week or days. Mostly, it was my stomach processing food. The medical field just acted like I was crazy, but I proved my point by seeing how I began to heal. I still research constantly to try to find out why I am sick.
I know that canned food, processed food, margarine, or anything fake or shelf-stable with preservatives has caused these issues to worsen. I use amounts of real butter for flavor, less fat, and less sugar and many times NO meat due to the meat proteins cause a BIG host of problems for me, it is hard to not eat meat for a few weeks, but I have to reset my body.
My go to is steam broccoli and squash with white rice, fresh fruits for a few days on this and I feel allot better and know my body has started to clear...
Always eat a good breakfast, the most important meal of the day, momma says!!!!
