In this long-format stretching practice, I'll guide you through a wide variety of natural movements to promote mobility, flexibility, and relaxation. For this practice, you'll need a mat and a chair / bench. Also, if available, 2 rolled up towels, a set of yoga blocks, and a strap.
Focus on the balance of tension and relaxation. Hold each stretch with strength and intention but make sure you are relaxed enough to continue breathing deeply. Work within your means and don't force yourself into the stretches. Use props and make modifications to make each stretch work for your body.
