Hello my K-fooders!🤗🇰🇷
Today I am going to present you the recipe for Tangsuyuk, crispy pork fritters with sweet and sour sauce.🍖
What is funny is that for non-Koreans, this dish is Korean while for Koreans it is a Chinese dish. And for good reason, it is mainly sold in "Chinese" restaurants in Korea, historically founded by Chinese immigrants.🇰🇷🇨🇳
The dish is indeed inspired by Chinese cuisine but has adapted over the years to become a Korean specialty.
⭐️ Delivery kitchen star 🛵, maybe you've seen this dish in a #kdrama before?
I am thinking for example of the cute Korean series "wok of loves" in which it is one of the dishes that is regularly shown (along with the jjajagmyeon that I will present to you soon haha). We also often see it in detective series where the characters are very often delivered. Of course, it's good and cheap!
😘 Stay tuned until the end of the video for all the tasting tips!
I'm counting on you to share the video and introduce this delight to as many people as possible!
