Hello everybody!
In the video I share a recipe for rich, incredibly tasty tear-off buns. Grandma's recipe. She spoke "PRANIKI" on them. And the dough looks like Easter cake to me, but much easier! Buns are formed from small curls / monograms. This is the original way of shaping the dough and doing it differently than usual.
For test:
1,300 kg. premium flour
500 ml. milk
50 g wet yeast
150 g butter
250 g sugar
5 eggs
30 g sunflower oil
80 g raisins
2 sachets of vanilla sugar
zest of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon salt
1 ampoule of rum essence (optional)
Bake 30-35 min. at 180 degrees.
