Don’t hesitate to get them to try this! My mom and my aunt suffered with frequent urination for many years and it kept giving them both painful uti that they could only use antibiotics for. It never helped. My mom passed from kidney disease from it ( went on dialysis for several months) and was kinda ok but couldn’t walk… discharged to nursing home and got sepsis again and died last November. Just came back from aunt funeral who died from frequent urination, uti’s , same antibiotic treatments over time and dementia and arthritis and heart failure - I believe from the chronic inflammation so long! I couldn’t help them. If the docs don’t prescribe it some absolutely won’t try it. 😢

Just earlier today... yesterday for most people in the U.S. I realized that my low back pain may possibly or MOST LIKELY be due to my bladder. I came to this realization because my urine is typically brown. Yes, I don't eat or drink except during my 4 hour window each day. I have been ATTEMPTING to get a Primary care physician in Las Vegas and found out from Liver doc at Jubilee that thet DO NOT HAVE ANY in Vegas so you ONLY get to consult with a Nurse Practitioner like myself. I have been here 2 years and (not working) just now learning this. So, I have to refer myself to a Nephrologist. Never had so many issues when I was living alone in a HEALTHY NON SMOKING NON BOOBY TRAPPING home.

I had type 2 diabetes and spent time in the hospital back in June. They wanted to give me insulin if my blood sugar was more than 72, so I saw the food service offered cinnamon & ordered some. I drank 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon (it was ceylon cinnamon, much milder) 3 times throughout a 24 hr period, including around midnight because they would do a finger stick very early. The only time my sugar was higher was one morning when I went to sleep early & didn't drink anything with cinnamon in it for over 12 hours, but even then it was only 80! They were going to give me a shot but I told them to wait and test again later, I drank a cup of decaf tea w/cinnamon & my breakfast. Later my test came out under 72! I've lost weight & my last blood draw in Oct. at my regular Dr. had my A1C at 5.9. He said technically I was no longer diabetic! I'm still trying to lose weight but I've dropped 35 lbs since last January. I'm still using cinnamon with my meals & will continue because it slows down the absorption of sugar and reduces the insulin spikes What I found is most medical staff, especially doctors gave me dirty looks when I said the cinnamon works (they even started testing my blood sugar 5 times a day, quite excessive, if you ask me) but it was always low except for that one time. Too many medical professionals are stuck in the politics of pharmecuiticals or making kick backs with free samples to want to let go of keeping people on pharmecuiticals!😢

The average diabetic brings over 750,000 each to the Medical Industry, mostly due to the fact the synthetic-chemical based meds (incl the fillers & carriers) severely damage the kidneys over time, hence there now being a Dialysis Center in every other shopping center after Nixon signed a bill aaying the government would pay for it (back when there were only 9,000 people nationwide needing it). 70% of diabetics end up on dialysis, unless something else bumps them off first. So there is zero incentive for our for-profit Medical System to cure diabetes, which is mostly a toxin-excreting HHV-4 variant viral infection of the liver or pancreas. Everyone carries HHV-4 semi-dormantly nowadays, with no 2 people having the EXACT same symptoms since their diet, viral substrain combinations, natural immune system strength, and toxin exposure all differ. Cure is the same: 'Clean' low fat super-nutrition, with plenty of cancer-preventing colorful phytonutrients, 30+ trace minerals, plus sea, fermented, and raw vegetables ( thus active enzymes, phytonutrients, & iodine, etc.), all of which are lacking in the Western diet.

Dr. Berg, I am a 66 year old pre-diabetic. To say that I frequently urinate is an understatement! I also have severe COPD. After watching one of your informative KZitem videos, I came to the conclusion that I may have a severe B1 deficiency, so I started taking it every morning. It's been about two weeks now and the heaviness and numbness that I have felt on the left side of my left calf (for nearly ten years!) is waning, and I don't have to urinate as often as I did two weeks ago! Here's something else I noticed: I use Flonase spray frequently to unclog my nose, which is constantly stuffed. Lately, I noticed that I don't have to use the spray as often because I seem to be breathing much easier. I also have more energy during the day, and when I wake up in the morning the chapped skin that frequently formed on the left side of my mouth is gone! (Due to the COPD, I sleep with the left side of my mouth open and that's what has been causing the chapped skin to form on the side of my mouth every morning.) Thanks to watching your videos, I am feeling much better! Please keep posting them! You are truly a credit to the medical profession!

If you're pre diabetic you would be taking metaformin. Exercise has been the MOST effective way to control pre-diabetes. Do not depend on diet alone. Go to a gym, and do higher intensity exercise, as high as you are comfortable with. If you don't know, most grain based foods are fortified with vitamin B groups. Look in the nutritional fact panel if you want to know what I mean. If you eat a lot of junk foods, you do not have any vitamin B deficiency. Fact is most food in developed countries are often fortified or enriched, but if you really want to make sure you are getting vitamins naturally, eat whole grains. Unless you live in a third world country you shouldn't be having much vitamin deficiency. However in my case pre diabetes doesn't adequately explain my urination problem, because my A1C is already out of prediabetes range, but the problem persist. In fact for me my experience has been more of my body seemingly needs less water than normal. Means I pee a lot, pee comes out crystal clear, and I'm not thirsty nor have I drank a lot of water or liquids. Not sure what is the problem. Problem is worse in the winter when I don't sweat a whole lot.

I have googled this many times but never found an answer that explains what is happening. I’ve also asked friends and they all say they dont experience this. For years I believed there’s no hope. I haven’t been to the hospital concerning this because no one seems to know what I’m talking about. You are the first person who has explained exactly what I’m feeling. Thank you for now showing me that there is a way around this and the cause behind it. Thank you truly.

I had bladder polyps... "pre-carncerous," whatever that means. They were due to my lifestyle as a working musician, inhaling second hand smoke, day after day, week, month, year.... It is a brutal life... it doesn't surprise me that so many musicians die so young. I do have a neuropathy, and am mega- dosing B1... I've also given up performing for a living... I became a welder, mechanic, and cat dad.

Also eliminate all GMOs from your diet they will cause polyps. I've had them removed from my sinuses and my gallbladder. I believe it was due to my depression during a bad marriage and consuming Mass amounts of nacho cheese Doritos. I am now a hundred percent organic

Dr. Berg. I have recently figured out that all my fatigue and slow recovery after a workout comes from lack of micronutrients - which were depleted by working out to failure. I just would like to ask if you could make a video about a casual gym goer or weightlifter or not really an athlete per say, but trains extremely hard. I have concluded that I always try to train to failure. And when I do i get sick after a few days. Now that I have decided to supplement with a natural multivitamin and B1. So far it has grealty helped with the recovery and not getting sick part. This is going to sound crazy and I believe movies tend to show how hard someone works out in the "Training Montage" Scenes. They neglect nutrition, and this leaves a lot of young people as myself to push hard but not increase the intake of nutrients. Not just food like protein and other macros, but actual nutrients which are mostly B vitamins especially if it involves the muscle.

Told her to try two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar before every meal. She went home that night and tried it. She had never called me in the 30 some years I have known her. She called me at 5 am lol and told me she peed for the first time in years without pain. That was maybe 10 years ago. She has since quit taking and the problem seems to be resolved. It was just a hunch on my part but it apparently worked for her. Terry
