(subtitles included) Inspired by the work of Alessandro Sigismondi I decided to create a yoga video to tell the story of my dear friend Steph, who has a beautiful ashtanga yoga practice, but instead of using a professional camera I shot and edited the entire video on my iPhone. You'll see amazing shots of her ashtanga yoga primary and intermediate series.
We shot the entire video in August, during the quarantine time in Mysore, India, the birthplace of Ashtanga vinyasa yoga. So yes, it took me a long time to edit, but better later than never, right? ;-)

If you are interested in learning the Ashtanga Yoga Sanskrit prayer/chant that starts at 02:34 then you can visit my blog www.path2yoga.net/2019/12/ash...
The video includes subtitles in English, Spanish, French, and Mandarin. You just need to activate them on your KZitem video player by tapping/clicking on the “cc” and then you can choose your preferred language.
