This is my ultimate recipe of healthy chocolate sponge. I use it for all type of cakes: birthday and wedding cakes, small and tall cakes, classic chocolate cakes or just as a chocolate accent in the cake.
Also, you can use this #cakerecipe as a batter for cupcakes!

Recipe:
CHOCOLATE SPONGE
Wet ingredients:
330 ml plant-based milk
120 ml coconut oil extra virgin, melted amzn.to/2J968nC
216 gr coconut sugar
1 1/2 tbsp Vanilla extract
Dry Ingredients:
3 tbsp ground flaxseeds
3/4 cup / 84 gr quinoa flour
3/4 cup / 120 gr brown rice flour
1/4 cup + 1/8 cup / 60 gr tapioca flour
1/2 cup / 60 gr raw cacao powder
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
Bake 40-60 minutes at 350F/175-180C, or 50-70 min at 320F/160C with conventional function.
