Got an update from Razer. They stated the deadzone issue is expected for the controller. Didn't refer to it as an issue or a bug. Just that it's expected for that device. Acknowledge that some users want more settings added to the app to customize it. Said they are working on a update to the Razer App but don't have an ETA when the update will be.

The V2 Chroma is a very new device, so I'll have an update video/re-review out a few months down the line when more people have had time to get it in their hands. I'd also like add, since I forgot to put it in the video, that the M1 & M2 issues from the last generation wolverines has been rectified. There used to be an issue where the M1 or M2 button action would stick after you press it. This was a hardware flaw that has been remedied on newer model Wolverine Ultimate/Tournament Edtions and its also been fixed with the new V2 Controllers The Trigger and Bumper issue from the last V2 Controller has also been addressed and fixed. This was fixed on the original V2 before too long, but I'm positive people are still gonna be curious about it

vCuda, after watching your video II had previously it previously noticed a little dead is little dead zone during playing multiple older call of duties such as BOps 3, IW, a, and BOps 4. It has been a little bit of a problem especially when you need just a slight amount of aim but I wanted to tell you since you are already in touch with a razor rep and maybe you can check this out for yourself but I went to the razor app and I used the clutch sensitivity application so that you could move the thumbstick and see the reaction on the screen in the application and it is instant! Chroma V2 is a lovely controller, I own it along with the Ultimate - I can say it is massively over priced for what you get. £149 on Amazon UK. While there is a great controller here, there is entirely ZERO, ZEROOOOOOO, value to be found. Which makes it a miss. Considering they cheaped out with thumbstick options, no hard profile switch or any way to switch on the controller, no way to bind buttons on the fly on the controller, no media module and no case, I mean, Razer, just, NO. It's pure greed. If it was £89.99 on Amazon UK I would HIGHLY rcommend this controller, if they also added a way in the software to use the function button along with the dpad (or something) to switch profiles, I mean, how easy must this be, they have a FUNCTION BUTTON, USE IT RAZER, USE IT!!!!???? Give us some options in the software, you absolute cheapos

(for the cod players) I've bought the v2 an mostly only play cod. I would say this is by far the best controller I have had and used, I've never used the wolverine but had a sabertooth years ago which was really good. I had a xbox elite series 2 for 2 years and the comparison is that the v2 is miles ahead. For me when it comes to fps shooters this controller is by far the best. One bit of advice if your going to use this train yourself to use the m1 an m2 as the left trigger an right trigger an your fingers will naturally curve to the back paddles to use for X or Y or whatever you want to use them as. It'll take time to get use to it but the pay off is worth it if you want to go for high kills.

Bought this controller based on this review. I'm a sweat on warzone with good movement with high KD and love to fine tune my controllers to get the best movement and accuracy possible. I own a few different pro controllers and was excited for this one. However, big surprise, I got issues with it right away!!! The PC software disconnects with the unit as soon as you start mapping or fine tuning it. Kinda Pointless eh... The stick drift on the right thumstick is pretty drastic especially for a brand new controller. I did get a bit of game play just to try it out and if you are used to Xbox elite or fusion A type paddles, you will definitely struggle with these ones. In my opinion, the paddles are not ergonomic and I don't get the same intuitiveness that I get from other controllers. I guess they are not for me so I'm sending them back. P.-S Xbox one elite series 2 controllers are way worse. I had 3 replacements controllers for all the times I sent them back to microsoft and the last one I got has terrible tension in the thumbsticks making it unplayable (in the trash can now). I own 2 Fusion Pro V1(original model) and they havent failed on me and still work great after hundred of hours on them. The only thing is that the paddles are starting to wobble (loosing) but there's a fix you can get from Ebay for 10$ and that will fix that issue.

Thinking about getting a new controller would you still recommend this controller
@Valkrill

So should I get this one or the TE? I currently use the Elite 1 with 1 paddle on the back right, would love to be able to utilize 2 back buttons comfortably. And of course perfect aim is a priority.

I find the rear paddles on this controller way too difficult to use and I’m a FPS player primarily. Nice controller tho. Still prefer the Power A Pro as my main because you can’t beat the price and quality, etc. and (sorry for this) the elite 2.

@@Koweezzy Won’t lie they definitely aren’t usual paddles like mentioned in the video. However after like a couple of days of finding a new grip on the controller you get use to them. I have A B X Y binded on all 4 pack paddles and love them and can reach them just fine. It was my biggest concern considering I have super small chunky hands so definitely took a bit to get use to but overall shouldn’t be a problem. Hope this helped !

Hello mate. I want to buy this controller, but I have read multiple bad reviews on amazon and having a little doubt. Specially about the controller having issues with the right stick going into place correctly and an apparent issue where if you push 2 of the extra buttons at the same time the controller will freeze. Would appreciate some feedback. Thank you.

Hey man, could I get your opinion on deciding between this and the regular Wolverine V2? The regular v2 is on sale for $100 CAD ($80USD) vs the Chroma's $190CAD ($150). Do you think that's a good enough of a deal for me to pass on the features of the Wolverine V2 Chroma? Best regards, A dude who likes controllers
@vCuda

Imo, you should either get the previous gen Wolverine TE which works on XSX, or the V2 Chroma. The normal V2 isn't really worth it in my eyes, even at $80. Thats only if you're using it for competitive purposes though. If you're more casual with your gaming the normal V2 may just be worth it at that price
