Fajitas are one of our favorite dishes, and in this episode, we show you a simple recipe for the Best Surf and Turf Fajitas you've ever had. These are cooked on the Hasty Bake Ranger with some upside down Grill Grates, are full of flavor and super easy to make.

Ingredients:
2 large Skirt Steaks, trimmed of any fat pockets
2 lbs of shrimp
Onions
Tortillas
Shredded Cheese
Sour Cream
Fiesta Fajita Seasoning
Garlic Powder
Lime
Process:
1. Season one side of the skirt steak with the Fiesta Fajita Seasoning.
2. Follow up with a light coat of Garlic Powder. Flip and Repeat.
3. Roll up the meat and place in a ziploc bag. Cut the lime and squeeze into the bag. Press out the air, seal and place in the refrigerator for a few hours, up to overnight.
4. Repeat process (minus the lime) with the shrimp and let marinate for an hour.
5. Slice onions and season lightly with the Fajita Seasoning
6. Fire up the Hasty Bake Ranger with the Grill Grates upside down until you get a surface temp of 400-450.
7. Cook Onions on the Grill Grate until caramelized and soft. Remove and place in a pan.
8. Cook skirt steak until 125-130 degrees internal in the thickest spot. Remove and place in a pan to rest.
9. Cook shrimp on the Grill Grate until opaque (120 degrees). Remove and place in a pan.
10. If shrimp are large, cut to smaller, bite size pieces.
11. Cut skirt steak into strips and build fajitas to your liking with shrimp, steak, onions, cheese and sour cream.
12. Enjoy!
