Always weigh your ingredients. Once you start, you’ll never go back to measuring cups-no matter how careful you are, you can still end up with incorrect amounts. ❤

i disagree! i have never screwed up caakes or cupcakes i made from scratch and i use cold eggs.

For sure creaming cold eggs and butter makes for a much better cookie. Really helps on texture. I have not made enough cupcakes to say it works similar or not.

Go light on most frostings. Too much takes away the cake flavor.

Burning the bottom....make sure to put some paper on a tray then place CC tins on top of paper

I agree !! Dont overbake them when you test for doneness there should be a few miost crumbs not totally clean
