You remind me of my sweet old Grandaddy before he passed away 30 years ago. We children would gather round and listen to his stories even if we had heard them several times before. We all miss him so much. Thank you for bringing back those sweet memories of working in the garden, Maw-maw canning summer vegetables, dinner on the ground at church , whipperwhills in summertime and the Bob white call that I haven't had the privilege to hear in years !!! Bless you !!! ❤️

Ah humm I'm caught by surprise to have come across the story teller and appreciative that I did. You see , I was raised by my grandmother in old catholic school/church way 🙏 (I Yai Yai♡ tee-hee ) I like the parable connection . It was pleasant and refreshing to have it been one of the 1st things I clicked on as I woke up today. Thank you Ms.Crow! Now, the storyteller, how genuine & natural can it get I ask 4 real? Thank you Sir! Because I was raised by granny and the old school way, many many of time I remember on hot summer nights she would wash off her little front porch off with some bleach cause of mosquitos 🦟 abd whatever else creepy crawlers because her sister lived across the street and would come over while her husband gone for the night shift to work, and it was then where I would hear great stories. With my true grit granny Inez and my great aunt Annie, on a cool fresh porch, soda-pop and a snack. Not fair tho Orville made me cry. But I thank you from the bottom of my heart 🥲
