#Spicy hijiki
I seasoned hijiki, a good seaweed called the herb of elixir of the sea, with soybean paste.
A combination of spicy hijiki and savory and sour taste.

*ingredient
2 packs of hijiki = 400g
2 chives
3 Cheongyang peppers
1 spoon of soybean paste
2 spoons of vinegar
2 spoons of plum syrup

1 spoon of sesame seeds
2 spoons of red pepper powder
A handful of coarse salt
*how to make
1. Add a handful of coarse salt to the hijiki and wash it thoroughly.
2. Blanch the hijiki in boiling water and rinse in cold water.
3. Add soybean paste, garlic, plum syrup, and vinegar.
4. Add Cheongyang pepper and red pepper powder.
5. Cut the hijiki into bite-size pieces and season it.
6. Add sesame seeds and chives to complete the dish.
