This was such an inspiring video to watch! I loved learning more about Sage Burgener and the Burgener legacy in CrossFit weightlifting. Sage is not only a great coach, but also a great role model for women in the fitness industry. She is passionate, confident, and authentic, and she empowers others to be the same. I admire how she balances her coaching career with her family life, and how she honors her father’s legacy while creating her own. Mike Burgener is a legend in the weightlifting community, and he has influenced so many CrossFit athletes and coaches with his knowledge and wisdom. Sage clearly inherited his eye for technique and his love for the sport, and she is carrying on his tradition of excellence. I also enjoyed seeing Sage’s Bad Bitch Camp, which looks like a fun and challenging way to train with other women and build confidence and camaraderie. I think it’s awesome that Sage is creating a space for women to express themselves, support each other, and grow stronger together. Thank you for sharing this video and giving us a glimpse into Sage’s life and coaching philosophy. She is a true CrossFit coach who cares about her athletes and helps them achieve their goals. I hope to see more of her in the future! 👏
