everyone is so camera shy! To all future guests: Talk to Jack! Ask some questions to him! Jack seems like he is willing to chat and is kind enough to share his platform with so many, I wish more people would talk with him. I've worked in a lot of kitchens and Jack seems like a very cool person to work for. Anyone who's worked in restaurants know how intense it can get. A lot tough and nasty people can be found in kitchens too. Jack seems to have created a cool spot for everyone.

Mr. Chaplin, all of your video’s that you do remind me A LOT of just how my Dad used to do back when we had our restaurant. He had recipes on hand but was most happiest when he “experimenting” with different ingredients and flavors. My complements to you, Sir.

Cooking with the Blues -Yessir, he was a great man but we lost him to cancer about 3 years ago and i’m still having trouble getting over the loss. Cooking is something that we shared and stumbling onto your videos has made it much more enjoyable to be cooking, since you teach and explain things as you go, as well as what to expect from the finished product. It gives me a feeling that learning from you, is like he is still here and to me, it’s an honor to be able to take in the cooking knowledge that you and my Dad possessed. I watch your videos with extreme pride each and every time. God Bless you, Sir- Kerry Cline
