Charmoula is a Moroccan sauce. It is a blend of aromatic herbs, spices, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice and olive oil. It can be enjoyed in sauce, marinade but also as a condiment. It will complement your dishes in sauce, your tagines, your appetizers, your salads by enhancing their taste. The recipe and traditions differ depending on the countries and regions of the Maghreb.
you can prepare it in advance and keep it refrigerated for up to a week in an airtight jar, taking care to cover it with a layer of olive oil.
